How will I learn?

Our learning methods are challenging, not always comfortable, but exciting and rewarding. This program uses models and tools of leadership and strategy along with group work, deep reflective work, simulations, feedback devices and case studies.

A highlight of the program is the use of a framework to help you develop or diagnose a breakthrough for a leadership challenge you are currently facing in your organisation.

We also provide you with current feedback from your workplace by using the highly sophisticated group leadership feedback instrument known as SYMLOG.

This values-based instrument differs from standard surveys and provides insights into the actual dynamics of your current work relationships and the leadership techniques required to improve them.
