Designed in collaboration with the Institute of Management in the UK, DDA helps prioritise investment in director-level development and enhancement of board effectiveness.
Suitable for: Directors, Board Members, Senior Managers.
Competencies measured:
Using a model of 23 director competencies, it can be used for self-assessment or within a 360 degree development process. Used alongside the 'Check-A-Board' workbook, DDA can support discussion around director-level competencies and how to develop these.
